I stumbled upon modaco.com Omnia upgrade site and followed its instructions on how to upgrade my Samsung Omnia II’s windows OS from 6.1 to 6.5. It finally happened. A virtual machine refused to startup. It has unknown boot errors. So we just delete the VM and recreate it using the base VHD that it had.
