Smart Posting that Increases Traffic
I just witnessed a bright idea from my neighbor, Blackboard.prepys.com. The author is a prolific poster. Not only does he writes for his own blogs, but makes it a point to read other blogs as well.
He also leaves a lot of comments on other blogs and websites. This already gives him great exposure, but in addition, he also created a separate page on his b*l0g to list all these comments that he did on other websites.
I think its a great idea. For the same amount of effort, he accomplishes a lot of things. First, he creates links from the comment back to his b*l0g, second, he creates links on his b*l0g back to the other b*l0g sites. This creates great goodwill, and since WORDPRESS creates a separate page for each b*l0g comment, he adds content on his site as well.
