I was informed of Learning Gateway Kit released by Microsoft to the public from Mr Krishnan Jagannathan.

With the 1.0 release, SLK has officially been turned over to the community. This flexible, powerful, yet simple tool has taken shape in a passionate development environment within Microsoft. Going forward, SLK will continue to grow in the community and will be a reflection of the energy, drive and creativity of its community

It works with WSS (Windows sharepoint services) that comes builtin with Windows 2003.
