Networking at ASME event
I was able to attend my first ASME seminar entitled “Expanding Retail Markets”. I was able to meet up with a lot of SME owners, founders and managing directors. Here is a list of some of them:
Mr Terry Thng, managing director of a ozonebarter.com.sg. Mr Thng has the Singapore Country franchise for bartering that he got from Australia. A lot of SMEs are benefitting from the barter system and avoiding cash outlays!
Ms Veronica Tan, Manager of the Vanity Faire Collection. Veronica specializes in Wedding Accessories and Wedding hair Accessories.
Ms Jasmine Teo, Founder and COO of Amore fitness Pte Ltd. Her company is into the fitness and healthy living in Singapore.
I also met up with Ms Ariel Chew, a fellow google adword individual residing in Singapore. She is the consultant for Hardware Zone, a subsidiary of singapore press holdings. SPH is the publisher of the morning paper that i read while i am in Singapore.
