My Nephew Justin asked me to place some music clips on his Sony PSP. Being a Windows Media MVP, I thought that would be a piece of cake.

But to my horror, my PC could not recognize the attached USB cable to the Sony PSP!

Are the step by step instructions on how to do it. I followed it and voila! My nephew got sample music tracks on his PSP!

Essentailly, what we needed to do was to set the PSP connection to USB and allow it to be recognized by the Windows Vista PC. The rest is a simple matter of copy the files from the source folder to the target folder. The PSP is recognized as a drive on the PC station.
