PenoyCentral Spreading Google Adsense Referal Rumors?

The image shown below was tipped off to me by Ian where it supposedly was included in this Penoycentral article .
I sent a quick email to Ms Aileen Apollo, country rep for google who promptly denied that the above was true and to which I quote : “Tsimis lang yan.”
