Champion of Web Analytics!

A lot of people are starting to be aware of the value of analyzing web statistics. It is boring job. but hey, someone has to do it! What benefit does it give you? Think of your website as a customer contact experience. By analyzing the web traffic, you are in fact gaining more insight into your customers likes and dislikes!

It is also business intelligence. Erik Arnold hit the nail on the head with his article on Carving a path with Search Analytics. I totally think this article rocks!

    Hello,
    I have always found the stat analysis task boring, however, now I have realised the statistics need to be comprehensive and in detail to have interest and genrate intelligence out of the stats.
    I have been sticking to GoStats.com they are good and provide extensive reporting.
